ETHAN's Mission: To promote awareness of and increase access to quality of life services through collaboration and the creation of an integrated service approach. ETHAN's Vision: The East Texas Health Access Network strives to be a prominent community member known for providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services that increase access and promote wellness to the under served population of East Texas. What is ETHAN? The East Texas Health Access Network is a not for profit, multi-county partnership between consumers, area hospitals, community clinics, public health departments, city and county officials, faith based organizations, and other safety net providers serving Deep East Texas. ETHAN is a 501(c) 3 tax-exempt organization funded through grants, community support, and private donations. Our site is currently being rebuilt.
